Since the inception, more impressive than the physical growth of MIT Institute of Design has been the remarkable record of accomplishment by its faculty members and the students.

Our faculty members’ cumulative work experience of more than 25 years in the industry have enabled us in designing a unique way of training student. Our faculty members have been training the students to be industry ready and employable whilst coupled with valuable inputs on the technology for real-time Corporate Exposure. In addition to the literary education, the faculty members of MIT ID follows a learner-centered approach where the faculty acts as a facilitator to help bridge the gap between student and his abilities.

As a premier design institute, we conduct regular workshops for training, self-development and learning of our students. This has made our students industry ready. MIT ID students are now a part of top design studios and MNCs both locally and globally. Our students have been placed in big organizations like TCS, BYJU’s, Godrej, FITCH, Future Factory, Infosys, IBM, etc.

Apart from this, the institute has been rigorously working towards the delivery of quality education and preparing the learners for their brighter future. For this, we are facilitated with extremely modern and state-of-the-art infrastructure, facilitating impeccable services for students as well as the staff members. The institute is facilitated with advanced Library, Computer Labs with high configuration, Projector Room, Auditorium, Meeting Room, Incubation/ Accelerator Center (DesignGild), Clay Sculpting Studio, etc. We are also provided with Wood Cutting Workshop, Metal Cutting Workshop and Advanced Prototyping Workshop with all latest CNC, Laser Cutting & 3D printing setup.

With the multidisciplinary curriculum, MIT Institute of Design promote collaborative and creative strategies for design thinking and provide unparalleled training facilities to students.

The institute is equipped with an active and dedicated Industry Relation Department, holding an excellent track record of placing students in diverse industries, sectors and studios. The department has powerful alliances with numerous industry partners and employers that enable students with ample placement opportunities for their learned skills.

The department acts as an interface between the industry and students, primarily enabling students to select their best career path. All students are delivered with placement assistance and counselling. In the year 2017-18, the average and maximum package offered to students were 8-10 Lakhs and 22 Lakhs respectively.
